Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of user licenses for the Moqawil Pro software ("the Software") by MATA Abderezak ("the Publisher"), reachable at contact@mataa.me. Placing an order means full acceptance of these terms and of the terms of use.

2. Plans and prices

Monthly plan: 1 000 DA for 30 days. Yearly plan: 10 000 DA for 365 days. Prices in Algerian dinars, all inclusive.

Each license is valid on one computer at a time, with all features and updates released during its term.

There is no commitment and no automatic renewal: you renew when you wish, and the purchased time is added to the current expiry date.

The Publisher may change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when ordering.

3. Ordering and payment

Edahabia or CIB card payments are processed by a licensed payment provider; the Publisher never has access to your card details.

BaridiMob transfers and CCP deposits/transfers must match the exact amount and mention the order reference. They are checked manually before delivery.

An order left unpaid for 7 days may be cancelled.

4. Delivery

The license key and a personal download link are sent to the email address provided: immediately after a card payment, or once the receipt is checked for a transfer (usually within 24 business hours).

The customer must provide a valid email address and check their spam folder. The information also remains available on the order tracking page.

5. Free trial, withdrawal and refunds

A full 7-day free trial lets you evaluate the Software before buying.

As the license is digital content delivered immediately, it is not refundable once activated. A license that has never been activated can be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase.

In case of double payment or an incorrect amount, the overpayment is refunded or converted into license time, at the customer's choice.

6. Expiry

When the license expires, the Software switches to read-only: data remains viewable, printable and exportable. No data is deleted.

7. Complaints and disputes

Send any complaint to contact@mataa.me. These terms are governed by Algerian law; failing an amicable settlement, Algerian courts have jurisdiction.
