1. What we collect
When you order: name, email, phone, plan, payment method, and for transfers the receipt and the account holder's name.
For the license: the key, an anonymous technical identifier of the computer (encrypted, non-reversible fingerprint), the software version and activation/check dates.
Technical data: IP address (security and fraud prevention) and, if you agree, anonymous visit statistics.
2. What we don't collect
None of the data entered in the Software (clients, invoices, amounts, payments) is transmitted: it stays on your computer.
We never receive your card details, which are handled directly by the payment provider.
3. How we use it
To process your order, deliver and verify your license, help you and remind you about renewals.
Your data is never sold or rented. It is only shared with strictly necessary providers (payments, hosting, email).
4. Retention and security
Order and license data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and then as long as required by law. Transfer receipts are stored outside the public area of the site.
License keys are encrypted in the database and all traffic is protected by HTTPS.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies: chosen language and session (form security).
Audience measurement cookies: set only with your consent, which you can change at any time from the banner.
6. Your rights
Under Algerian Law No. 18-07 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at contact@mataa.me.
