Terms of use and license

1. License granted

The Publisher grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software on one computer at a time, for the duration of the purchased license or trial.

The Software remains the exclusive property of the Publisher. No ownership rights are transferred.

2. Activation and transfer

Activation requires an Internet connection and links the license to an anonymous technical identifier of the computer.

The Software periodically re-checks the license online. Without a check for more than 21 days, it switches to read-only until the next connection.

The license can be moved to another computer up to 3 times a year.

3. Prohibited uses

Sharing, reselling or renting a license key.

Bypassing, disabling or altering the license system; decompiling, disassembling or modifying the Software.

Using the Software to issue fraudulent documents or for illegal purposes.

Any breach leads to the license being disabled without refund.

4. Your data

Data entered in the Software (clients, documents, payments…) is stored only on your computer. You alone own it and are responsible for it.

You are responsible for making regular backups with the built-in feature.

5. Documents issued

The Software helps create business documents. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of the information entered and for the compliance of issued documents with the regulations that apply to them.

6. Updates and support

Updates released during the license term are included. Support is provided by email, in French and Arabic.

7. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided with care but without a guarantee of being entirely error-free. The Publisher's liability is limited to the amount paid for the current license and does not cover data loss resulting from a lack of backups.

8. Changes to these terms

The Publisher may update these terms; the applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of use.
