Terms of use and privacy policy

1. The service

CV Rapide (mataa.me/cv-rapide) lets you write a CV through a guided questionnaire, choose a template, preview the result and download it. Signing up is free; downloading may be charged according to the prices and promotions shown.

2. Your account and use of the service

• You provide accurate information and remain responsible for the content of your CVs.
• One CV belongs to one person. Using an unlocked CV to produce CVs for other people, or to bypass payment, is not allowed.
• To prevent abuse, some information (such as your name) may be locked after download and the number of edits may be limited. To correct a mistake in locked information, contact us.
• Your password is personal; tell us about any suspicious use of your account.

3. Data we collect

• Account: name, email address, password (stored encrypted, never readable), date you accepted these terms.
• CV content: identity, contact details, career, education, skills, languages and, if you wish, a photo.
• Technical data: login information needed to keep the service secure.
• Payment: handled by Chargily Pay. We never receive or store card details; we only keep the amount, date and status of the payment.

4. One purpose only: your CV

Your data is used exclusively to create, lay out, display and generate your CVs, manage your account, process any payment and answer you if you contact us. It is never sold, rented, transferred or used for advertising or marketing.

5. Who can access it

• Our hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf.
• Chargily Pay, for payments only.
• The artificial intelligence provider, only if you click “Suggest ideas”: we send your professional background, without your name or contact details, solely to produce suggestions that you review.
• The CV Rapide team, for support and fraud prevention.

6. Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. When you delete a CV or your account, CV content, photos and your identity are erased. Payment amounts are kept anonymously to meet our accounting obligations.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data.

• Edit your information: from each CV’s page.
• Delete a CV: “Delete this CV” button on its page.
• Delete your account and all your data: “My account” page.
• Any other request: contact@cvrapide.dz.

8. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted and photos are kept in a private area, accessible only to you and, when necessary, to the administration.

9. Cookies

We only use essential technical cookies: session, form security and language preference. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

10. Liability

We do our best to keep the service available and reliable. AI suggestions are proposals to be checked: you remain solely responsible for the information on your CV.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version. We will let you know on the site about any significant change.
